Privacy at SniperPlug.

1. Information you provide

We receive information you choose to send, including emails to our support or partnership addresses and information submitted while using an authorized private importer or owner tool. Messages may include your name, email address, organization, and any details you place in the message.

2. Website and device information

Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referring page, browser or device information, response status, and security signals. We use this information to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect private areas.

3. Sessions, cookies, and local storage

SniperPlug uses strictly necessary session cookies for the private Control Center, owner-only guide library, authorized importer access, and OAuth security. These cookies help keep a signed-in session active and prevent cross-site abuse. Private editing tools may also use browser storage to preserve unsaved work or recovery state. Public deal and policy pages do not require an advertising cookie from SniperPlug.

4. Connected services

When an authorized user connects Whop or another supported service, SniperPlug may receive account identifiers, access status, authorized content identifiers, and access tokens needed to perform the requested connection. Tokens are stored in encrypted or secret-backed server storage and are not placed in public pages. Connected-service data is used only for the authorized workflow and is subject to the connected service’s own privacy terms.

5. Deal links and affiliate networks

Deal actions may pass through a SniperPlug redirect before opening an official retailer or approved affiliate destination. The destination retailer or affiliate network may receive the referring URL, campaign identifiers, device information, and other data described in its own privacy policy. Those third parties may use cookies or similar technologies after you leave SniperPlug. SniperPlug does not control a retailer’s checkout, account, or tracking practices.

6. How we use information

• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve SniperPlug.
• Respond to support, correction, partnership, and legal requests.
• Maintain authorized sessions and connected-service workflows.
• Measure whether official retailer click-outs function correctly.
• Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

7. Service providers and disclosures

We may use service providers for hosting, security, databases, object storage, email delivery, source connections, and affiliate attribution. Current infrastructure includes Cloudflare services for website delivery and private application storage. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, during a business transfer, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information for money.

8. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, including operational, security, support, accounting, dispute, and legal needs. Session records and access tokens may be removed or expire when access is disconnected. Security logs may be retained for a limited operational period by SniperPlug or its infrastructure providers. Authorized imported records remain private until removed by the owner or according to the applicable workflow.

9. Security

We use access controls, signed sessions, encryption or secret-backed token storage, private caching rules, and restricted owner routes. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid sending sensitive information that is not necessary for a request.

10. Your choices

You may avoid optional communications, decline to connect a supported account, disconnect an authorized connection, or ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate operational records.

11. Children

SniperPlug is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided information so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date on this page.
