Some links may be monetized as described in our Affiliate Disclosure. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices. SniperPlug is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or transactions of a third-party site.

5. Authorized private tools

Private Control Center, importer, guide, media, and connected-service features are available only to authorized users. You may not bypass access controls, share credentials or access tokens without permission, access content you are not entitled to use, or use private tools to violate third-party rights or terms.

• Do not attack, scrape abusively, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use SniperPlug to impersonate a retailer, misrepresent an affiliation, or publish false offer information.
• Do not upload or republish content unless you own it or have permission.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.
• Follow retailer and connected-service terms when using their sites, accounts, or data.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

SniperPlug’s original site design, text, software, and branding are protected by applicable law. Retailer names, logos, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Descriptive use does not imply endorsement or ownership.

8. Corrections and removal

We may correct, remove, retire, or refuse any listing, link, guide, or account access at any time, including when information is stale, unverified, unsafe, unauthorized, or inconsistent with these terms.

9. Disclaimers

SniperPlug is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SniperPlug and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, missed offers, retailer actions, or purchases made through third-party destinations. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
